DELTA SKYMILES WORLD MASTERCARD CAPITAL ONE REVIEW
Delta SkyMiles World MasterCard Capital One - Reward Credit Card
(Which Way To Pay - 6/4/2011)
The first thing to point out about this card is that it has get quite a high annual fee compared to others. This is set at $120 per annum. However this might have something to do with the fact that it is quite a sought after rewards card due to its great ‘bonus’ rewards system that could end up saving you money elsewhere. The interest rate is set around market standard of 19.8%.

Let’s outline the rewards system for you then. Essentially, you can earn rewards (which are called Delta Miles) on pretty much everything that you purchase. A big attraction with this card is that it rewards you with a whopping 25,000 bonus Delta miles on your first purchase. This is absolutely great when you consider that the normal rewards rate is 1 Delta mile for every $1 spent on other net purchases.

The good news doesn’t stop here. Each year for your ‘anniversary’ (how romantic!) they will give you a special anniversary present of 2,500 bonus Delta miles on your account. You can really just do as you please with your points; save them up or even spend as you go (i.e. put your points towards something). To learn more about this visit the Delta SkyMiles program on the website but just to outline it briefly your points could be put towards flights, hotels or even car rentals.

You will also get all the benefits of World MasterCard Travel Benefits such as a range of Travel Insurance and Purchase Protection Insurance. There is also the safety net of 0% fraud liability.

This card really has a lot to offer but like all rewards cards, it is important to remember that as well as treating you to some benefits, a credit card (no matter what type) is a serious financial product and so this one shouldn’t be treated any more frivolously than a non-rewards card.
Delta SkyMiles World MasterCard Capital One is ranked 4 out of 5. Based on 1 review.
